DESCRIPTION
AMBERSIL FORMULA SEVEN is a heavy duty, wet, non-silicone mould release agent. It is based on a mixture of glycols, and has been formulated to provide excellent release characteristics on a wide range of thermoplastics and rubbers.AMBERSIL FORMULA SEVEN provides a wet, heavy duty film for the release of plastic and rubber parts in injection moulding, vacuum forming and many other moulding and forming processes. AMBERSIL FORMULA SEVEN will not build up in the mould and helps to improve surface finish, reduce rejects and increase production.N.B. The product is completely free of silicones and will therefore allow decorative treatment (e.g. painting, plating) of the moulded part.
