DESCRIPTION
CRC ADOS Galvseal Adhesive Sealant Grey is a versatile, high-solids adhesive and sealant with high-performing gap-filling qualities. It gives excellent adhesion to many materials and will bond metal to wood, ceramic tiles, metal, stone, concrete, powder coating, aluminium and some plastics.
Applications
CRC ADOS Galvseal Adhesive Sealant Grey is suitable for plumbing, roofing, building, as a back seal for aluminium windows, metal and fabrication repairs, duct work, and aluminium window joinery.

CRC ADOS Galvseal Adhesive Sealant Grey has outstanding abrasion and heat resistance, is waterproof and resistant to grease, oil, and most solvents. CRC ADOS Galvseal Adhesive Sealant grey is solvent based and can be painted over.
How to Use CRC ADOS Galvseal Adhesive Sealant Grey
Directions:
Preparation:
- Surfaces must be clean and dry with all loose matter removed before application.
- For aluminium joinery clean the surface by wiping with CRC ADOS Solvent N.
- Before placing cartridge in application gun, slice nozzle at a 45 degree angle at desired bead size.
Application - as an adhesive:
- Apply generous bead to one clean and dry surface.
- Position components immediately and apply support pressure to adhesive line.
- Allow a minimum of 24 hours to cure. Some mechanical fixing may be an advantage.
Application - as a sealant:
- Press nozzle against joint and apply sealant.
- Tool the joint to eliminate voids.
- May be painted over after 4 hours.
- Allow a minimum of 24 hours to cure.
Clean Up:
- Use CRC ADOS Solvent N for cleaning up excess product and equipment.
