DESCRIPTION
CRC ADOS Ultra High Strength Spray Adhesive is a contact adhesive that gives an immediate and permanent bond on a wide variety of surfaces. It is formulated to give low soak, cure fast, dry clear, and be non-staining. It has high heat resistance and is suitable on porous and non-porous surfaces, making it ideal for a wide variety of applications, where permanent, high-strength bonds are essential. CRC ADOS Ultra High Strength Spray Adhesive uses a unique resin system, making it resistant to breakdown from plasticiser migration.
Caution: Do not use for bonds that are immersed in water. Always test areas in a typical bonding situation before applying to the entire area.
Applications
CRC ADOS Ultra High Strength Spray Adhesive is recommended for bonding porous & non-porous surfaces. Wood, metal, concrete, flooring (Cork tiles, carpet, linoleum, hardwood, and laminate), some plastics, particle board, and foam. It is not suitable for use on polystyrene.

CRC ADOS Ultra High Strength Spray Adhesive is a convenient, easy way to achieve strong, permanent bonds on a wide variety of surfaces. The performance of the contact adhesive is not affected by high temperatures, making it suitable for a number of applications. It has a low soak, cures fast, dries clear, and will not stain. CRC ADOS Ultra High Strength Spray Adhesive is not suitable for one-surface bonding and should be used as a two-surface contact adhesive. CRC ADOS Ultra High Strength Spray Adhesive is suitable for porous and non-porous surfaces. Fitted with a variable nozzle, it allows accurate spraying while reducing product wastage. Bonds are created within one minute. Full cure will take 24 hours.
How to use CRC ADOS Ultra High Strength Spray Adhesive
- Ensure the surface is clean and dry
- Shake the can well
- Adjust the nozzle for the width of spray required. Low, medium, or high
- For best results, use when the temperature of the aerosol can and surfaces are a minimum of 8°C
- Some porous surfaces may require pre-coating to seal material. Allow a thin coat to dry thoroughly before applying a final coat of adhesive
- For an extra strong bond, coat surfaces twice. Allow 5 minutes between coats
- Spray 20-25cm from surfaces using a smooth sweeping action
- Apply to both surfaces and allow to tack off for 5-10 minutes
- Press together firmly so that all surfaces are touching
- When finished spraying, clean the valve by turning the can upside down and pressing the button until only pressure escapes
- Clean excess with CRC ADOS Solvent N
- If the button becomes gummed up, immerse and rinse in CRC ADOS Solvent N or mineral turpentine
