CRC Rust Converter 5L
DESCRIPTION
CRC Rust Converter is a fast-drying coating that neutralises rust and forms a waterproof, black primer in one step. It offers long-lasting rust protection, ideal for lightly rusted or prepared metal surfaces. It's non-flammable and free from carcinogens.
Note: CRC Rust Converter may not prevent further rusting when applied to heavy rust scale.

Minimum 12 hours cure time before painting. Overcoat with an enamel top coat for best results. If using a water based topcoat use a stain-blocking primer to avoid staining.

Directions:
1. Apply only when temperatures are between 10 °C and 32 °C.
2. Remove dirt, grease, oil, moisture and other contaminants.
3. Remove blistered or loose paint and loose or heavy rust scale with a scraper or mechanical sander.
4. Use of rubber gloves is recommended.
5. Shake well before using.
6. Spray onto surface in light, even strokes.
7. Allow 2 hours curing time. Product will continue to convert rust over time. Overcoat with an enamel top coat or CRC Metal Armour for best results.
8. Overspray can be cleaned up with CRC Stuff Off Adhesive and Paint Remover.
9. When finished using, turn can upside down and spray to clear product from the valve and spray head. Wipe spray head clean with cloth or paper towel
